My stay at Kluney Manor had its ups and downs. The beautiful gardens and the cozy fireplace added warmth to my experience, but the rooms and service left much to be desired. While the location is conveniently close to the Ooty bus stand, it's quite far from the main attractions. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4.
